Information on the processing of personal data at www.sevskiy.de. Last updated: September 2026.

1. Controller

Sevskiy GmbH, Schatzbogen 43, 81829 Munich, Germany. Represented by Dr.-Ing. Sergey Sevskiy. Email: sergey@sevskiy.de, telephone: +49 89 38907229. You can use these contact details for privacy enquiries.

2. Website provision and hosting

We use IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany, for hosting and email processing. When a page is accessed, the server processes technically necessary data such as the IP address, time, requested URL, volume of data transferred, HTTP status, browser and operating system, and, where applicable, the referring page. This enables delivery of the website and detection of technical faults and abusive access. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation.

IONOS processes hosting data as a service provider. Log data is retained in accordance with the deletion cycles applicable to the hosting contract. We use access logs for technical troubleshooting and abuse prevention, not to create personal usage profiles. In the event of a specific security incident, necessary data may be retained until the incident is resolved and, where applicable, for the enforcement of legal claims. Further information: IONOS privacy information.

3. Contact form, email and telephone

When you contact us, we process your name, email address, selected topic and message. Company name and telephone number are optional form fields. The data is used to handle and respond to your enquiry. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to pre-contractual or contractual enquiries; other enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in communicating with you.

The form transmits your details to our web server over an encrypted connection. The server sends the enquiry to our business mailbox at IONOS using encrypted SMTP. The form system does not maintain a separate message database. Access is limited to the people handling your enquiry and the necessary technical service providers.

We delete enquiry content when processing is complete and the information is no longer needed. If a contractual relationship results or statutory retention requirements apply, further storage follows those purposes and periods. Fields marked as mandatory are necessary to process and answer your enquiry. You can contact us by telephone instead.

4. Protection against abusive requests

The form uses a time-limited security token and an invisible verification field. To limit repeated requests, the server processes a value derived from the IP address using a secret key, together with timestamps. The IP address is not stored in plain text in the form storage for this purpose. These values become eligible for deletion no later than 24 hours after creation and are removed on the next form request.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is preventing automated abuse and overload of our contact channel. No external CAPTCHA providers are integrated.

5. Cookies, product finder and local content

The product finder processes searches, filters and sorting in your browser. Filter values may appear in the page URL so that a selection can be reopened or shared. Please do not enter confidential or personal information into the product search.

The functions we implement do not use analytics or marketing cookies or tracking to build profiles. Fonts, images and scripts are loaded from our website. The contact form’s security token is held temporarily in the open page’s memory. Access strictly necessary to provide the explicitly requested technical function is governed by section 25(2), point 2, TDDDG.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction of processing (Article 18) and data portability (Article 20). Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future; processing before withdrawal remains lawful.

Right to object: Under Article 21 GDPR, you may object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Please send your objection using the contact details above.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For private companies in Bavaria, the competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach: www.lda.bayern.de.

8. Automated decision-making

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing of your website or contact-form data that produce legal or similarly significant effects, nor do we carry out related profiling.
